So, working from the terminal works best here unless required.
Secondly, Enable only those services that are useful to you. When we install a Linux distribution, it comes with a plethora of services installed and running. And, not all services are required at all times. So, it is better to disable those services that are of no use to us. We can certainly enable services as required later. Apart from that, we also need to ensure that we don’t disable critical system services that are required for our server to work.
Thirdly, you can customize your Kernel and have only those features that you require.
