Here, we can find cmd.exe. Right-click the file and we get the option to run it either as a regular user or administrator.
Method III. We can run the command directly as well. Just use the shortcut: Windows + R. Enter cmd in the dialog box. And, click Ok to open the Command prompt as a regular user. If you wish to open the Command prompt as administrator through this method then use the keyboard shortcut: Ctrl + Shift + Enter in place of clicking Ok in case of a regular user.
